The Johnson Family

Hello Family
The Johnson Family is doing great. This month has been NUTS as always. Kaylee was baptized, Taylor turned 3, we went on a ski trip, went on an overnighter up in the mountains, and Warren turned 36.
The girls are doing great.

- Taylor is a determined 3 year old, who loves princess anything. Taylor has decided that one of her favorite songs is"Don't Rain on My Parade." Fits her perfectly.

- Nicole was officially diagnosed with Apraxia (a motor planning disorder...) This is a good thing because she now qualifies for more services through the school. The school has been great to work with. Nicole also started private swim lessons and she loves it!! Nicole loves the song, "Somebody to Love"

- Kaylee is doing great. She loves to read, play the piano, pretend that she has magical powers, ski, and do gymnastics. She is really close to doing a back handspring - she just needs a bigger jump. In the next couple of week, Kaylee is going to start figure skating lessons. SHE LOVES IT!! Kaylee's theme song is "Defying Gravity" from Wicked. She is loving this song and when she gets scared about something...she thinks about this song.

- Warren is enjoying this time of year. He is finishing the basement this winter and it is a BIG project, but I am excited about it. I am busy being a mom of 3 cute little girls. I now run about 3 times a week, go to an Ultimate Conditioning class once a week, and absolutely love yoga. I am starting to feel alot better, but still having the occasional small seizure.

Taylor Birthday:
Here are some pictures from Taylor's bday.

Taylor got polly pockets, princess action figures, colors, a purse, a my little pony, and a new outfit. She needed alot of help blowing out her candles...because she was being so delicate.

Trip to Frisco for skiing
After Taylor's bday, we went up with Grandma Johnson to spend a few nights at a condo in Frisco. Nicole skied for the first time without the helping straps, and I skied for the first time without freaking out. YAY for ME! It was a fantastic time, and the girls loved skiing during the day and swimming at night.

My little skier Nicole....I was so proud of her for figuring it out.

Kaylee loved the swimming pool.
She loved going from the inside to the outside pool. She loved that she could swim and play in the snow.

Warren and Kaylee flew to Utah for a 2 day trip to visit Grandma Johnson and the Johnson cousins. She had a wonderful time.

Farrish - Overnight trip on the Mountains
Each year our ward goes up to a Military resort up in the mountains. We stay overnight and play in the snow the next day.

The lake was frozen solid -about 2 feet. But, it froze before is snowed, so you could see down into the frozen water. The girls saw frozen bubbles, fish, plants, etc.

Kaylee figure skated for the first time and loved it. She skated around for 4 hours.

Kaylee also built snow forts.
Warren turned 36 this year. I can't believe it! He had a great day.

I hope everyone is doing well -
Love ya,
Kim, Warren, Kaylee, Nicole, and Taylor
