JUNE ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you all know, June is the best month of the year (right after April says Pi'ikea)! Summer is here, my birthday has passed, made an offer on a house, and we got a puppy! Things at work are pretty much the same, just busy working on different projects. On my birthday, both Pi'ikea and I took half days. She took me to the Thanksgiving Point Gardens where we had a little picnic, walked around, and enjoyed the nice weather and scenery. We liked the little kid's garden better though because it had a Koi pond where we could feed the fish. It was awesome watching them go after the food! After that, Pi'ikea gave me an 80 minute massage - I know, y'all are jealous. After that, we went to Tucanos to use up my free birthday meal card (thanks again Dad).

Pi'ikea has had more of an exciting month work-wise. She was promoted to Spa Director which means she has more responsibilities, which translates to more money for me. She's been busy organizing and making sure everything is running smoothly. She's the first official Spa Director in three years.

We got to see TJ & Tiffany, Kim & Warren, Pat, Steve, and all the kids this past weekend so that was fun. Even though we were really tired, it was good to see all of them. They got to meet our new addition to the family, Coal. He's a rambunctious, adorable, little handful. He's also a black lab and is about 7 weeks old. We are pretty tired from getting up with him every few hours, it's like having a baby without the months to prepare beforehand...and no diapers. We also made an offer on a house in Lehi. It's just on the border of Saratoga Springs and Lehi. It's bank owned, so we won't hear back from them for a few more days or possibly a week. It has a nice backyard, and the house is a good size with room to grow. We will keep you posted.
