Sunday we went to church with GG & GG then went over to Uncle Charlie and Aunt Maria's house to celebrate GG & GG birthday. We also had a great time with Chaz, Kathleen, Auntie Janie, Uncle Charlie and Aunt Maria. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
On Monday we spent the day at Legoland and had a great time. The kids loved their time there and were in ahhh of all the different things made out of legos.
This picture is for Grandma McVey. On Tuesday-Thursday we spent most of the time at both Disney parks. We spent most of our time in Tomorrow Land but made our way through all the park and hit most of the rides. The boys loved Cars Land and Star Tours, Abby enjoyed Space Mountain and California Screamin', Madison liked Thunder Mountain Railroad and Pirates, Tiffany liked Space Mountain and Star Tour and I liked the Cars ride and Star Tours.
Wednesday was 98 degrees at Disneyland so we left early and went to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and rolling around in the sand. I think we left more sand in the Hotel then we did on the beach.
On our way home we desided to stop in Vegas to see the guys from "Pawn Stars" a show on the History Channel that we watch. Of course the guys were not there but we had a fun time.
On of the highlights for me was talking Tiffany into stopping at as many Temples as we could. The first temple we stop by was the LA temple. It was a nice time to talk to the kids about grandma nad grandpa starting the McVey family there over 39 years ago. We then went to San Diago on Monday, New Port Beach on Wednesday, Vegas on Friday, and St. George on Sat. What a blessing it is to have as many temples around us as we do.
Well the end of the trip came on Saturday as we spent Friday night and Saturday morning with Grandma Helen. We went swimming late Frinday night and on Saturday Grandma took us to Tuacahn. Thanks again for all everyone did to help make this trip a reality, we had the time of our lives.
Love the McVey's of West Jordan
