From Mom and Dad

TOGETHERNESS

We are a wonderful June and July because we were able to see all of our family, except Josh, who we truly missed during all of our activities. To start with, Kim and the girls came to Denver to surprise Grandpa for Father's Day. We went to 5 Guys, to get hamburgers for everyone. The girls each picked out a gift that they knew grandpa would like, rootbeer, beef sticks and fritos.Jill and kids were able to come and spend a couple of weeks with us. We also flew Mollie in so she could spend time with Jill. While Jill was here we took the kids to a local park that had a shooting water fountain. The kids had a lot of fun.
With Jill and the kids we drove to Utah for a quick, but wonderful family reunion over the 4th of July. We went to balloon lauch in Provo, Seven Peaks Water Park, picnic at the park, watching the movie "UP", swimming at Aunt Diane's and fireworks at TJ's. We all had a great time together. There is nothing like being with family, enjoying each other, and seeing how all the kids have grown.
Jill and kids flew back to Houston and we headed home with Madison, Abby, Granny (Grandma McVey) and Uncle Charles ( Granny's younger brother). Madison had an appointment with Uncle Warren to adjust her braces and the rest of the time we played.

We had a wonderful time in the past two months. Hopefully more fun times to come with everyone. Dad and I hope that all of you are doing well and enjoying your families as we enjoyed all of you.
