Hello Family-I hope everyone had a great December and Christmas. It was a fun, busy month and I can't believe it is already 2009. We spent Christmas here in Colorado and than went to Utah the day after Christmas. The girls were so excited all month and it is always fun to see the magic of Christmas in children. I loved it!! Here is our quick run down -
Kaylee-
Kaylee had a great month. She had a little Christmas party with friends and loved making popcorn balls for the neighbors. She loves to go with mom to church on Wednesday nights to be with the Beehives at church. She seems to be getting more and more permanent teeth and her baby teeth are slowly coming out. Kaylee is alittle worried about her teeth coming in. As she says, "Where are they all going to fit?" She really enjoyed Christmas and worked very hard Christmas Eve to get all the costumes ready for our Family Nativity. Her favorite gift for Christmas was her Webkinz "Spot" the reindeer, her baby "Mollie" that talks, and her new books.
Nicole -
Nicole has had a great month. She is doing alot better with her therapuetic listening and loves to go to speech therapy. She missed her teachers at school and was definately ready to go back after Christmas break. Nicole went skiing with Warren over the break and did AWESOME!! She gets distracted easily, but her balance is tons better this year. She was so excited about skiing with Dad and couldn't stop talking about it. Her favorite Christmas gifts were: a baby that goes to the bathroom (she thinks it is hilarious when she potties on mom), her makeup and "lip"(she carries it in a purse everywhere she goes), and her black and white church shoes.
Taylor -
Our little Tay loved Christmas. She loved the tree and the lights. She is learning more and more words each day. My favorite is when she says, "Yea." I ask her a question and she happily yells "Yea." She absolutely loves "Ruffs" and Nemo. She has a huge Nemo and Dory fish that she takes everywhere she goes. SHE LOVES THEM. Her favorites this Christmas were: a little laptop computer, and her Nemo books.
Warren and I had a great Christmas. It is always fun to see the girls so excited. Warren has been busy with his offices and is trying new marketing things, so this keeps him very busy. He also took me skiing and put up with my nerves. He is extremely patient and I am slowly learning.
We hope everyone had a great Christmas and HAPPY NEW YEAR. Here's to 2009!!
